Your HR Partners Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is an outsourced HR consultancy based in Sheffield, providing HR support to businesses across the United Kingdom. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller of personal data collected through this website.

The data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
- Contact and quote enquiries. When you use our contact form or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your enquiry.
- Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant on our website, we collect the messages you send so we can respond to your query.

How we use your data and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes for our services. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
- To send our newsletter to people who have subscribed. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To improve our website using analytics about how it is used. Lawful basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share your data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business. They process personal data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Mailjet, which manages our newsletter mailing list.
- Google Analytics, which provides usage statistics (only if you consent to analytics cookies).
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised by UK law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics retention settings and is not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
